<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide body for an edge-light-type surface light source device, capable of easily controlling light emitted from a light-emitting surface so as to perform improvements in brightness and brightness balance or reduction in brightness unevenness of the surface light source device, and capable of easily producing a mold member for molding. <P>SOLUTION: At least one of a light-reflecting surface and a light-emitting surface 43 includes a plurality of lens rows 43b extended along a direction perpendicular to a light incident end face 41 and mutually arranged nearly in parallel. Each of a plurality of convex structures 45 arranged on the light-emitting surface 43 has: both ends 451, 452 in a direction perpendicular to the light incident end face 41; a top section 453 which is located between both ends and is higher than the both ends; and a ridge section 454 extended through the top section between the both ends.
