<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively utilize heat of a combustion exhaust gas generated in a heating furnace, in the heating furnace provided with paired regenerative burners. <P>SOLUTION: This heating furnace includes the paired regenerative burners 10a, 10b having burner sections 12a, 12b including fuel gas supply pipes 11a, 11b, heat storage chambers 14a, 14b receiving heat storage materials 13a, 13b, air supply pipes 15a, 15b for supplying the combustion air to the heat storage chambers, and exhaust gas discharge pipes 16a, 16b for discharging the combustion exhaust gas in the heating furnace 1 through the heat storage chambers. The heating furnace further includes an exhaust gas supply pipe 20 for guiding a part of the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust gas discharge pipes to the air supply pipes, and an exhaust heat transferring unit 30 for transferring the heat of the combustion exhaust gas in an exhaust gas pipe 2 directly discharging a part of the combustion exhaust gas in the heating furnace, to the combustion exhaust gas in the exhaust gas supply pipe and/or the combustion air in the air supply pipes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
