<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system that can automatically change the type of inspection processing according to jobs to be processed for paper without depending on a manual operation by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming system includes: a paper feeding device 1B that feeds paper P; an image forming apparatus 1 that forms images on the paper P the is fed from the feeding device B; an inspection processing device 3 that can conduct many kinds of inspection processing with respect to either the paper P on which images are formed by the image forming apparatus 1 and conveyed, or the paper P that is fed from feeding device 1 and on which images are not formed by the image forming apparatus 1; and a control apparatus 120 that controls the inspection processing device 3 so as to select and execute any of the kinds of inspection processing based on the type of jobs to be processed for the paper P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
