<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service such that an electronic book, such as a weekly magazine, whose current number is published at a relatively short period is periodically delivered to a dedicated electronic paper that a purchaser buys, and the purchaser can reads the book on a suitable screen. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the electronic book delivery system comprising a delivery server, the electronic paper which has an RFID storage medium built in and displays a delivered content, an output device which writes out information to the electronic paper, and electronic information equipment which mediates communication between the delivery server and output device. An output device of the electronic information equipment reads recording information out of the RFID storage medium built in the electronic paper, and transmits the read information to the delivery server. The delivery server acquires the content of the electronic book from an electronic book content database based upon the recording information of the RFID storage medium as a retrieval key, and transmits the content to the output device.
