<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination system for a manufacturing line in which occurrence of manual return can be suppressed by improving examination accuracy while reducing labor relating to maintenance of three-dimensional data of a manufacturing facility or the like when constructing the manufacturing line. <P>SOLUTION: An examination system 1 includes a vehicle database 2, a manufacturing facility database 3, a process database 4, an arithmetic unit 5 and a video display section 7. The arithmetic unit 5 is virtual video production means which produces virtual three-dimensional video images (virtual video images) on the basis of the vehicle database 2, the manufacturing facility database 3 and the process database 4, regarding a vehicle 10, a component 11, a manufacturing facility 12 and a process space 14 in which an actual object does not exist in front of a worker who performs examination work. The video display section 7 displays the virtual video image produced by the arithmetic unit 5 in front of the worker while aligning the virtual video image with a real video image of the vehicle 10, the component 11, the manufacturing facility 12 and the process space 14 in which the actual object exists in front of the worker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
