<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting a clogging of a dust collecting filter which can be installed even after installing a suction air discharge device and suppress deterioration caused by continuous use. <P>SOLUTION: The device for detecting a clogging of a dust collecting filter includes: a detector for detecting an amount of deformation when the filter provided in the opening part is deformed based on the pressure difference between the inside and outside of an air path when the device is detachably provided in the outside of the opening part serving as a suction port or a discharge port and attached to the outside of the opening part; and a determiner for determining the clogging of the filter based on a detection result of the amount of the deformation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
