<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alumina-containing two-pack casting resin composition, and a method for producing the same, which maintain the fluidity and workability of a two-pack casting resin, and prevent the sedimentation of alumina particles contained in the two-pack casting resin. <P>SOLUTION: The alumina-containing two-pack casting resin composition includes, as essential components: an epoxy resin having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule thereof; an epoxy resin curing agent; an alumina filler, comprising particles, for holding the electric insulation; and microparticulate additives. In the microparticulate additives, an alumina microparticle of ≤15 nm in average particle diameter and a silica microparticle of ≤15 nm in average particle diameter are blended in a weight ratio of 1:2 to 1:4; and the microparticulate additives are added in a proportion of 0.5 to 3 pts.wt based on 100 pts.wt of the epoxy resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
