<p>Disclosed is a standardized kitchen control system for Chinese food, comprising: multiple kitchen heating devices, multiple containers for making Chinese food, an information acquisition device, and a server installed with a computer program, said information acquisition device and kitchen heating devices being connected to the server; the information acquisition device acquires identifying information of a Chinese dish and transmits the identifying information to the computer program on the server; the computer program distributes, according to the identifying information, a corresponding cooking process to an idle kitchen heating device; and, the kitchen heating device operates in an operation mode corresponding to the cooking process. The present invention precisely quantifies the duration and degree of heating, ingredient portions, and seasoning amount in the cooking process of each Chinese dish, thereby ensuring a uniform taste for each Chinese dish and standardizing cooking. The process lowers kitchen labor demand, conserves kitchen space, and decreases labor cost.</p> |
