PURPOSE: A washer liquid pump for a vehicle is provided to improve reliability of products because a motor chamber and a pump chamber are isolated each other by a seal base and a shaft seal and watertight state is maintained. CONSTITUTION: A washer liquid pump for a vehicle comprises a pump housing(30), a seal base(40), a shaft seal(50), and a terminal cover(60). The pump housing comprises a pump chamber and a motor chamber. An impeller(20) rotating by a motor(10) is installed inside the pump chamber. The motor chamber is located in the upper part of the pump chamber and the motor is placed in the motor chamber. The seal base is fitted in the upper part of the pump chamber of the pump housing to isolate the pump chamber and the motor. The shaft seal is fitted in the seal base so that a shaft(12) of the motor exposed to the pump chamber can maintain watertightness. The terminal cover is elastically coupled to the upper part of the pump housing in which the motor, the impeller, the seal base, and the shaft seal are inserted. |
