PURPOSE: A piezoelectric body poling method is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by poling a piezoelectric body using heat from an annealing process. CONSTITUTION: An annealing process is performed on a piezoelectric body(100). The piezoelectric body is arranged on a cooling stage(110). An electrode stage is arranged on the piezoelectric body. Heat from the annealing process is used for poling the piezoelectric body while cooling the piezoelectric body using the cooling stage. The cooling stage is utilized as a first poling electrode and the electrode stage is utilized as a second poling electrode for poling the piezoelectric body.
