PURPOSE: A press apparatus is provided to improve formability by removing a forming depth different caused by a protruding shape by implementing a forming process with a controlled injection quantity of materials. CONSTITUTION: A press apparatus comprises a lower die punch(1) which has a shape corresponding to the underside of a panel product and is installed in a bolster(3), blank holders(7) which are installed in the bolster via cushion pins(5) on the outer side of the lower die punch, an upper die(11) which has a shape corresponding to the top of the product panel and is installed in a slider(9) to press a panel material(P) inserted between the lower die punch and the upper die and obtain a product panel, and a sub blank holder unit(20) which is installed inside the lower die punch between the blank holders and implements a forming process with one side of the panel material held on the upper die in a protruding shape forming position in order to remove a forming depth difference.
