<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas supply device and method that can enhance the efficiency of using a liquefied gas filled in a liquefied gas vessel. <P>SOLUTION: When supplying the gas from the liquefied gas vessel 11a of a system of a gas supply system A by opening an automatic opening and closing valve 14a arranged at the system of the gas supply system A and setting the secondary-side set pressure of a pressure indication controller 13a to reference set pressure, and when a liquefied gas amount in the liquefied gas vessel 11a detected by a gravimeter 12a reaches a first remaining-gas amount set value or smaller, the secondary-side pressure of the pressure indication controller 13a is set to pressure higher than the reference set pressure, and gas supply is performed from both of the gas supply system A and a system of a gas supply system B by opening an automatic opening and closing valve 14b arranged at the system of the gas supply system B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
