摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna measurement device capable of simultaneously determining elementary electric field amplitudes and phases of at least two element antennas. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna measurement device, which uses a rotating-element electric field vector method for determining an electric field distribution of an element antenna constituting a phased array antenna, comprises: a pick-up antenna; a detector circuit for measuring a reception power of a high frequency signal received by the pick-up antenna; a Fourier series expansion arithmetic circuit for determining a Fourier coefficient by a Fourier series expansion of a change of the measured reception power; a sub-array electric field arithmetic circuit for measuring each of sub-array electric field amplitudes and phases based on a result of calculating a change of the reception power from the Fourier coefficient when excitation phases of all elements in a virtual sub-array are changed at the same time; and a multiple-element electric field arithmetic circuit for estimating electric field amplitudes and phases of each of element antennas from the sub-array electric field amplitudes and the phases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
