POLYESTERIMIDE RESIN-BASED VARNISH FOR LOW DIELECTRIC CONSTANT FILM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyesterimide resin-based varnish which can form an insulated wire attaining a low dielectric constant and an insulating film having the low dielectric constant using an insulating layer composed of mainly a polyesterimide.

SOLUTION: The polyesterimide resin-based varnish for a low dielectric constant film composed of mainly polyesterimide resin is obtained by reacting carboxylic acids including an anhydride of a polycarboxylic acid, a dicarboxylic acid and/or the alkyl ester of the same, and an aromatic monocarboxylic acid and/or the alkyl ester of the same; alcohols; with a diamine compound.
