METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FINE METAL POWDER, AND THE FINE METAL POWDER MANUFACTURED USING THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing fine metal powder in the form of flakes, and the fine metal powder manufactured using the method.

SOLUTION: The fine metal powder in the form of flakes is manufactured through the steps of: forming a pattern part with a predetermined size and shape on a base substrate formed of glass or polymer material; forming on the pattern part an isolation layer of a polymer material dissolved by solvent; forming one or more metallic films; and obtaining individualized metal particle having a predetermined size and shape by separating the metallic film from the pattern part by dissolution of the isolation layer. The obtained metal powder 30 has a multilayer structure of a single layer or double layers of metallic layers 31, 32 laminated with a metal oxide layer 33 laminated in between.
