<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold used for manufacturing an integrally foamed molding with surface skin, in which numberless minute holes can be drilled on the inner wall of a lower mold with a drill, hole drilling work can be performed with the drill without breaking a drill blade, and the lower mold can be manufactured at a low cost, and which prevents numberless long pile parts and short pile parts or numberless small projections from being produced on the surface of the integrally foamed molding with the surface skin even when a surface skin material of long pile fabric, thin cloth with almost no pile or vinyl leather or the like is used for the surface skin, and makes the integrated foamed molding with the surface skin exhibit excellent appearance quality. <P>SOLUTION: The mold includes a lower mold 11 and an upper mold 12 for closing the opening 14 of the lower mold 11, in the lower mold 11, the numberless suction holes 19 are drilled on its mold inner wall 15, and then the shape of the numberless suction holes 19 is tapered so as to turn a side 20 to be in contact with the surface skin material 33 to minute holes 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
