<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems in which a hologram sheet with pattern is stuck onto a sticking object for identifying the authenticity of the sticking object, however, if it is possible to produce a counterfeit simply by printing a similar pattern on a hologram sheet and sticking it to another sticking object that is not authentic and to use it, the authenticity cannot be maintained. <P>SOLUTION: In this hologram sheet with patterns, patterns slightly different in visibility are formed on the upper/lower parts of a hologram forming layer that constitutes the hologram sheet, so as to give recognition as if one pattern is formed on both sides.
