<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a product by suppressing expanding and contracting deformation in the stacking direction in accompany with fluctuation of an internal pressure of a drawn cup-type heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: This drawn cup-type heat exchanger includes a plurality of core units constituted of a first drawn cup having a pair of connection holes, a second drawn cup having a pair of connection holes, and a circulation pathway for connecting the first drawn cup and the second drawn cup, corrugated fins disposed among the circulation pathways of the plurality of core units joined in multiple stages, a first end plate disposed at an initial stage side of the core units joined in multiple stages, and a second end plate disposed at a final stage side of the core units joined in multiple stages. The connection holes of the drawn cups are communicated with the connection holes of the drawn cup of the adjacent core unit. The core units are made of phosphorus-free copper, and the corrugated fins or the end plates are made of copper including cobalt, nickel, tin, zinc and phosphorous. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
