<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device allowing reduction of a panel size without uniforming a pitch of a connection terminal for output of a drive driver IC and a pixel pitch of a display panel. <P>SOLUTION: The display device comprises a display panel 3 which is formed between a front face side transparent substrate 2 and a back face side transparent substrate 1 and includes a plurality of pixels 10 arranged in a matrix, an IC mounting substrate 7 on which a drive driver IC 6 for outputting a control signal for image display is mounted, and a plurality of wiring lines 11 communicating with the plurality of pixels 10 from a plurality of output terminals provided in the drive driver IC 6 via a plurality of signal wiring input terminals 5 provided at an outer peripheral frame part 4 of the display panel 3. In a region where the plurality of wiring lines 11 communicate between the plurality of signal wiring input terminals 5 and the plurality of pixels 10, the wiring pitch is substantially the same as the pitch of the plurality of pixels 10.
