<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in a measuring work time as much as possible without increasing types of measuring instruments even when using a cylindrical member having a weld line of which the diameter varies. <P>SOLUTION: When a camera device 4 finishes photographing the whole circumference of a weld penetration bead 8 at a first photographing position, a device body 41 is moved to a second photographing position by a moving stage 42 and similarly photographs the whole circumference of the weld penetration bead 8. A distance L from the first photographing position to the second photographing position then, is set according to a distance H between the camera device 4 at the first photographing position and the weld penetration bead 8, or a photographing object point. Three-dimensional shape information of the weld penetration bead 8 is calculated by image information photographed at the two photographing positions based on the principle of triangulation so as to evaluate the welding quality of the butt-welded portion based on the three-dimensional shape information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
