<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing and falling type fall prevention device that can prevent standing up towards a deck from a condition in which a fall preventing member is fell down towards an ocean side. <P>SOLUTION: In the standing and falling type fall prevention device 1 including the fall preventing member 3 which is provided in a standing and falling possible manner at a perimeter of the deck 25 of a ship and a floating body structure for preventing falling to the ocean side, a regulation member 9 which regulates a position in the condition of having fallen towards the ocean side of the fall preventing member 3 is provided between the deck 25 and the fall preventing member 3; a deck side fixing member 5 to which engaging of the doorstop member 11 which prevents standing up towards the deck 25 from the condition in which the fall preventing member 3 fell down towards the ocean side is carried out is provided in the deck 25; an engaged part 7 to which the fall preventing member 3 carries out engaging of the doorstop member 11 in the condition of having fallen towards the ocean side is provided to the deck side fixing member 5. while carrying out engaging of the holding member which holds a position of the fall preventing member 3 in the condition where the fall preventing member 3 is lifted towards the deck 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
