<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OCT (optical coherence tomography) system suitable for removing noise derived from a light source. <P>SOLUTION: The OCT system includes: the light source; a demultiplexing means for demultiplexing emitted light emitted from the light source into object light and reference light; an irradiating means for irradiating a subject with the object light demultiplexed by the demultiplexing means; an interference signal detecting means for causing interference between the reference light and the object light that has irradiated the subject, to detect an interference light intensity signal; an extraction signal detecting means for extracting a part of light transmitted through an optical path between the light source and the interference signal detecting means to detect an extraction signal; a signal correcting means for correcting the interference light intensity signal using the detected extraction signal; and a tomographic image forming means for processing the corrected interference light intensity signal to form a tomographic image of the subject. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
