<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein considerably large pushing-up power is required for forming a cut at the lower side of a branch to be pruned by a knife-shaped blade, and when the branch is present at a high position, it is difficult that the cut is formed at a desired position, although a conventional saw for pruning has the knife-shaped blade installed in the lower part of a sharpened saw blade for the purpose of the formation of the cut in the lower part of the branch. <P>SOLUTION: The hand saw is equipped with a circular saw instead of the knife-shaped blade so that the cut may be formed by the circular saw by stroking the circular saw in the front and rear direction while pushing the circular saw against the lower part of the branch. As a result, the cut can be formed accurately at the desired position of the lower side of the branch. Besides, the cut can be readily formed by stroking the blade of the circular saw while pushing the blade against the objective branch, although a considerably large power is required for the formation of the cut by the pushing up. The blade of the circular saw can be attached to the tip part of the saw, the lower part of the saw or the back part of the saw, and a position convenient for a user can be selected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
