The gas nozzle (1) has a tube portion (3) that is provided with a gas passage (5) connected with an inner tube (29). An annular protrusion portion (9) is provided at the peripheral surface of the tube portion, for connecting with a probe tube (23) and with a probe end portion (25). The annular protrusion portion is arranged concentrically within the gas passage. The annular protrusion portion is provided at the large outer diameter side of the probe end portion.
