PURPOSE: An artificial intelligence vehicle number recognition system is provided to prevent errors and degradation of recognition rate without a dazzling phenomenon due to a light source. CONSTITUTION: A sun/lamp position detection sensor part measures/reads illumination and a position illuminated by a light source(S210). The sun/lamp position detection sensor part detects backlight/sidelight/reflection light(S220). A controller rotates a camera main body at 90 degrees(S230). A sidelight creation source is generated during daytime(S240). Only visible light is transmitted(S241). Definition/brightness/color settings are provided for an optimized image recording process. |
