PURPOSE: An emergency communication apparatus using an internet network and a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) is provided to reduce installation costs by enabling a user to install an emergency communication apparatus through the internet network or the PSTN. CONSTITUTION: A signal input unit creates a danger detection signal by receiving the danger detection signal according to external signal inputted and by a user by receiving voice signals of the user. A signal processing unit creates receiver data by selecting the receiver and by recognizing the voice and danger signals. A telephone control unit(400) confirms the address of the receiver by using the receiver data received from the signal processing unit. |
