PURPOSE: A bed mattress structure and a secondary mattress structure are provided to stably combine secondary bedclothes with a bed mattress. CONSTITUTION: A bed mattress structure comprises a secondary mattress structure(100) and a bed mattress main body(200). The secondary mattress structure is coupled through a connecting member connecting loops and is equipped with an exterior cover member, an inner mattress inserted into the exterior cover member, and a fixing unit. The fixing unit fixes the inner mattress inside the exterior cover member.
