HIGH-STRENGTH TERRAZZO PLATE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A high strength terrazzo plate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent environmental pollution by inducing the drainage of water from a compressive molding process to the lower part of a molding frame. CONSTITUTION: A water permeable filtering member(300) is arranged at the lower part of a press mold(100). A molding frame(200) is arranged between the water permeable filtering member and the press mold. The upper part and the lower part of the molding frame are opened. A reinforcing material is arranged in the molding frame. The reinforcing material is integrated with concrete composition materials by introducing the concrete composition material to the upper part of the water permeable filtering member. The pressurizing plate(110) of the press mold is downwardly pressurized. The concrete composition materials are compressive molded to form a terrazzo plate. Water contained in the concrete composition materials is drained. The terrazzo plate is released from the molding frame and cured.
