PURPOSE: A verifying method for IPTV(Internet Protocol TV) service supply and a system thereof are provided to confirm service availability and to determine whether to supply an IPTV service according to a confirming result. CONSTITUTION: A VOD(Video On Demand) supplying state determining unit(230) determines whether to supply VOD content of a user terminal. The user terminal is matched with user information. A real time broadcasting supplying state determining unit(240) determines weather to supply real time broadcasting content of the user terminal. A customer information managing unit(250) determines whether to suppy an IPTV service to the user terminal.
