PURPOSE: A secondary battery system is provided to convert operation heat of the secondary battery cell into electrical energy by using heat-electric power generating element, thereby efficiently applying energy utility. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery system is composed of a plurality of secondary battery cells(10) in parallel. Each of the plurality of secondary battery cells has a positive electrode tap and a cathode tap projected from the secondary battery cell. The secondary battery system includes a plurality of thermoelectric generators(20) which one-way electrode is attached on one or more of the positive electrode tap and a cathode tap. The electrical energy obtains electrical energy by the plurality of heat-electric power generating elements.
