<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cardless cash dispensation system and method in which cash can be dispensed without using a cash card in a cash dispenser or the like installed in a financial institution. <P>SOLUTION: A registrant terminal includes means which receives input of a transaction condition for permitting dispensation without a cash card to a specific dispensing person from an account of an account holder and transmits the transaction condition to an administrative server. The administrative server includes means which receives and stores the transaction condition from the registrant terminal and, when a dispensation request without the cash card is received from a cash dispenser, determines whether the dispensation is permitted on the basis of the stored transaction condition, and means which gives a permission of the dispensation to the cash dispenser. The transaction condition includes a name of the dispensing person, an allowable amount of dispensation, a transaction place including install place information of the cash dispenser that receives the dispensation, a transaction period determining a dispensation enabled period, and a one-time password number which is effective only for one time of dispensing operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
