<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip which is easily removable, can absorb backlash between the clip and a fitting member even if there is some dimensional error, has a retention force preventing whole falling even if hooking by a holding tab decreases under a strong impact load, and can secure a work space between a panel and the fitting member. <P>SOLUTION: A clip 11 is for attaching a member B, which is formed or assembled to a base body, to a panel member P, and includes an insert body that can be inserted into a fitting hole H of the panel member P and the base body for supporting the insert body. A holding tab 27 is provided which can hold the insert body, that has been inserted into the fitting hole H, in such condition as to eliminate looseness in the fitting hole. A lock tab 35 is formed to provide a hooked state between the insert body and the fitting hole H even if the holding state by the holding tab 27 is released.
