<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to scare and dent, to make it have sufficient strength and rigidity, to prevent the size and shape from being changed when surrounding environmental conditions are changed after manufactured, to attain cost reduction and ready manufacturing, and to promote effective use of conifers such as cedar wood, Japanese cypress wood (C. obtusa) and the like. <P>SOLUTION: An inner layer plywood IPW2 in which a plurality of sheets of a plastic-worked veneer PW constituted of one, two or more plastic-worked plate material(s) formed by consolidation-processing conifer veneers within a range of 2 mm-4 mm in thickness to attain a relative density of dried wood of 0.6 or more and having a thickness of 1 mm or more and a plurality of non-compressed conifer veneers W, each veneer W being within a range of 2 mm-4 mm in thickness, are laminated and adhered such that mutual grain length directions are orthogonal on a bonding surface is bonded to one surface side of a surface plastic-worked material SPW the wood thickness of which is compressed with heat and consolidation-processed by external force exerted vertically to a wood grain length direction so as to have a relative density of dry wood of 0.7 or more such that the grain length direction of a bonded side veneer bonded to the surface plastic-worked material SPW is orthogonal to the grain length direction of the surface plastic-worked material SPW. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
