<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an electric power demand according to a charging speed of a charging station. <P>SOLUTION: Vehicles 3B which belong to a charging system 1 are charged at a charging station 4A to which electric power is supplied from an electric power network 5. The vehicles 3B collect information on the charging station 4A including the charging speed and transmit it to a service center 2. The vehicles 3 transmit the information which indicates the respective electric power demand to the service center 2. The service center 2 compiles the information which indicates the electric power demand of the vehicles 3 and creates data which indicates electric power transition. Furthermore, the service center 2 corrects the data which indicates the electric power transition based on the charging speed of each charger. The service center 2 provides an electric power control center 6 with the data which indicates the electric power transition.
