<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a gold nanoparticle including an organic buffering agent having a piperazine ring, gold, and an organic acid having reducing properties, while a solution of the gold nanoparticle dispersed as a colloidal solution exhibits a blue color in visual observation; a method for producing the gold nanoparticle; and an immunological measurement method using the gold nanoparticle as a labeling particle. <P>SOLUTION: A nuclei formation step of reacting an organic buffering agent having a piperazine ring with a solution of a first gold salt to form a nuclear gold nanoparticle and then a growth step of growing the nuclear gold nanoparticle by simultaneously adding a solution of a second gold salt and an organic acid having reducing properties to a solution of the nuclear gold nanoparticle to cause a reaction are performed. Thus, a gold nanoparticle can be easily produced, while a solution in which the gold nanoparticle is dispersed as a colloidal solution exhibits a blue color in visual observation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
