PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement agent of spiloplaxia or edema of skin by using a safe ingredient which exists also in a living body.

SOLUTION: A purine based phosphate and its salt of adenosine monophosphate or the like is effective in alleviation and improvement of spiloplaxia and edema, and can be used as an active ingredient of the improvement agent of spiloplaxia or edema.
