<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing methods of an electrode structure and a battery device which easily conduct temporary fixing of bolts to a metal terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode 21 according to this invention has a metal terminal 41 extended from a battery module body and an enlarged part 35 composing a falling prevention measure at a rear end part. The electrode 21 includes a bolt 31 penetrating the metal terminal 41 in an upward direction and an insulator 43 insulating the metal terminal 41 from a housing of the battery module. The insulator 43 has a falling prevention part 45 which contacts with at least a lower surface of the enlarged part 35 of the bolt 31 and prevents the bolt 31 from falling from the metal terminal 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
