<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part attachment structure that can easily be removed from a vehicle body panel. <P>SOLUTION: The part attachment structure is used for an intermediate guide 10 which is attached to a center pillar 20. A penetrate hole 21 is formed at the center pillar 20. The intermediate guide 10 has an intermediate guide body 11, a locking part 12 which is protruded from an attachment face 11A of the intermediate guide body 11 and locked to the penetration hole 21, and a rib 13 formed at the attachment face 11A of the intermediate guide body 11. The locking part 12 has an extension 14 substantially vertically extending from the attachment face 11A, a pair of elastic parts 15 which spirally extend from the tip side of the extension 14 and are elastically deformable in a direction in which the elastic parts approach the extension 14, steps 16 which are formed at tip sides of the pair of elastic parts 15 and recessed to the side of the extension 14, and parts 17 to be pressed which are formed at the tip sides of the pair of elastic parts 15.
