<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of processing codes that solves a problem in which: when a format version that can be processed by an image forming apparatus is newer than a format version of a code given to a paper medium, a code of the new format version is given to a copy image, in which case if an image forming apparatus that a user frequently uses does not support the format version, a copy image with the code of the new format version given thereto cannot be copied. <P>SOLUTION: A device capable of processing codes gives an output script a code of the same format version as the detected code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
