<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation ray measuring system for measuring a radiation ray quantity by suppressing influence of noises due to dark currents. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming device 40 acquires a pixel luminance histogram of an image photographed by a CCD camera 30 for each pixel in a preset measuring period. The image forming device 40 calculates a value by subtracting a peak luminance value from an average of the luminance of the obtained luminance histogram for each pixel, so as to remove the luminance due to the dark current.
