<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rubber hose which can improve adhesion between EPDM and filament without using an adhesive of organic solvent type which brings about aggravation of an operation environment, and to provide the rubber hose. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber hose includes: an inner layer rubber layer 2 in which a hollow part 2a is formed along the longitudinal direction; a braided layer 5 disposed on the outer circumferential side of the inner layer rubber layer 2; and an outer layer rubber layer 6 which is disposed on the outer circumference of the braided layer 5 and is made of ethylene-propylene diene rubber. The method of manufacturing the rubber hose includes: an RFL post-treatment process of disposing the braided layer formed by combining and braiding filaments on the outer circumferential side of the inner layer rubber layer 2 and, thereafter, performing RFL treatment for attaching a resorcine-formalin-latex treatment agent of which the latex component is polybuthadiene latex to the braided layer 5; an accelerator compounding process of compounding a thiuram type vulcanization accelerator and thiazole type vulcanization accelerator and forming the outer layer rubber layer 6; and a vulcanization treatment process of disposing the outer layer rubber layer 6 on the outer circumference of the braided layer 5 and, thereafter, performing vulcanization treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
