<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out an O-ring which has been finished in a washing process without causing the adhesion of foreign objects during displacement from a standby position to a takeout position. <P>SOLUTION: The O-ring 2 and a tool 3 which have been finished in the washing process are assembled to a base 4a, and a collar up/down chuck 5 is moved upward, thus displacing the O-ring 2 at the uppermost position to the takeout position so that the O-ring 2 at the uppermost position does not contact with the other member in the middle of the displacement to the takeout position. The O-ring which is an object to be taken out displaced to the takeout position is taken out by a suction head 9. After assembling the O-ring 2 and the tool 3 which have been finished in the washing process to the base 4a, the O-ring 2 can be taken out without contacting with the other member by only displacing a pole collar 11 which has been finished in the washing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
