<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution device, guaranteeing valid usability after a validity period expires, while maintaining secrecy up to the validity period of encrypted data, with a reduced load at generating the encrypted data. <P>SOLUTION: Based on the evaluation value of a resource consumption amount, the data distribution device specifies an encryption scheme corresponding to a resource amount, among encryption schemes having a cipher strength incapable of decryption during the data validity period; encrypts the data with the specified encryption scheme; and to a data destination, transmits an encryption scheme identifier enabling identification of the encryption scheme, when at least one of two conditions that the validity period expires and the data is to be distributed to a destination represented by an addressee is satisfied at the time of the distribution of the encrypted data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
