<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electronic component in which the inductance value can be adjusted without causing any drop in the yield. <P>SOLUTION: A laminate 12 of a plurality of insulator layers 16 incorporates an LC resonator consisting of capacitors C1, C2 and coils L1, L2 provided on the positive direction side of the capacitors C1, C2 in the z-axis direction.
