PURPOSE: A device and method for expressing the feeling of an android robot using the change of a skin color and a computer readable medium with a program are provided to express the feeling change of the robot through an LED module. CONSTITUTION: A skin color controller(110) receives feeding data from a host controller and generates light emitting data for controlling the color of the emitted light according to the received feeling data. An LED driver(120) is operated according to the light emitting data. A feeling expressing device of the android robot is installed in a face skin tissue and includes an LED module(130) which is driven with the LED driver and emits light.
