PURPOSE: A nitrogen-containing spiro compound is provided to ensure high thermal stability, high temperature storage property, and long lifetime, and to enable the application to an electron transport layer material, a host material of a light-emitting layer, or a dopant material of the light-emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen-containing spiro compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R^1 - R^5 form a benzo group, a cyclohexo group, and a cyclohepto group together with atoms present therebetween or are hydrogen, C1-10 alkylamino group substituted or unsubstituted with a C6-30 aryl group, C6-30 arylamino group substituted or unsubstituted with a C6-30 aryl group, or T-R^6, wherein T is valance bond, -NH- or -NR'-; R^6 is a C2-30 nitrogen-containing heterocyclic hydrocarbon group substituted or unsubstituted with a C6-30 aryl group; m, n, p, and q are the integer of 0-4; r is the integer of 0 or 2; and m+n≠0.
