PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemblability by facilitating the assembly work of a lever to a lever support of a base member in an opening/closing operation device of a vehicle opening/closing door provided with a return spring between a lever whose one end part is abutted to an abutting surface formed on a guide arm part of a handle and the lever support.

SOLUTION: A lever support 44 comprises a pair of side walls 57 and 58 arranged on both sides of the lever having a shaft hole. An assembly guide part 59 for guiding the pushing-in of the lever assembled with the return spring between both the side walls 57 and 58 and stoppers 61, 62 and 63 for regulating the pushed-in lever at a position where the shaft hole corresponds to support holes 55 and 56 are provided on a base member 25A, and the turning position of the lever turnably energized by spring force demonstrated by a return spring 54 in the state of being pushed in until it is regulated by the stoppers 61-63 is regulated by abutment to the abutting surface and the base member 25A.
