<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase difference circuit capable of obtaining two signals that maintain a wanted phase difference over a wide band, and easily capable of setting a wanted phase difference. <P>SOLUTION: A phase difference circuit 10 includes a distributor 20 which divides a signal for outputting, a first phase adjusting circuit 30 including a first 90° hybrid circuit 31, a first total reflection element 32 having a first characteristic, and a second total reflection element 33 having the first characteristic, and a second phase adjusting circuit 40 including a second 90° hybrid circuit 41, a third total reflection element 42 and a fourth total reflection element 43 having a second characteristic. The first characteristic and the second characteristic are so set that a phase difference between a signal outputted from the first phase adjusting circuit 30 and a signal outputted from the second phase adjusting circuit 40 comes to be a wanted value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
