<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced plastic flat plate which can reduce warp of a flat plate and maintain strength of the flat plate in the fiber-reinforce plastic flat plate made by SMC or BMC containing a long fiber longer than the plate thickness like 1 inch level of a glass fiber, for example, as a reinforced fiber, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced plastic flat plate, which is a molded article by a sheet molding compound (SMC) or bulk molding compound (BMC), includes a long fiber whose total length is longer than the plate thickness of the molded article, and a short fiber and/or a radial needle crystal whose total length is shorter than the plate thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
