<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type electric water heater capable of further miniaturizing the storage type electric water heater, and being installed even when a clearance gap between lavatory sinks is narrow, while ensuring construction performance by minimizing a construction space. <P>SOLUTION: In this storage type electric water heater 3 in which a hot water storage tank 9 is disposed inside of a housing 27 having an approximately rectangular flat cross section, and the housing 27 is disposed so that its longitudinal direction is roughly in parallel with a vertical wall surface W at a lower section of the wall-hanging or counter-type lavatory sink 2 disposed along the vertical wall surface W, the hot water storage tank 9 has the horizontally-long shape in a front view, and its cross-sections in the vertical direction are flat to be a long axis, and a water supply connection port 12 for connecting an external water supply pipe 5 to lead water into the hot water storage tank 9, and a hot water supply port 15 for connecting an external hot water supply pipe 4 to lead out the hot water from the hot water storage tank 9 are formed on a front face of the housing 27 rotatably in a region in parallel with the front face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
